As a Certigon Business Analyst, you evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and discover opportunities for improvement while developing and implementing solutions. You are the liaison between our customers and the national and international development team. In discussion with customers, you unlock the business requirements and translate software, considering processes, systems and the product. The diversity of our portfolio demands that, regardless of the market/industry, you can think along with the customer and unlock the need.

Core Activities & Responsibilities

Anticipating, recognising and translating customer business needs into usable solutions
Identifying functional wishes and requirements with the main stakeholders
You are the point of contact in the area of the solutions, and you liaise a lot with the development team
Drawing up requirements and supporting the customer business needs
Monitoring the deliverables taking the deadline into account

Fluent in Dutch and English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the Certigon’s success
Good time & project management skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and conceptual work and thinking skills
Skill in specifying requirements, performing analyses and drawing up the technical and functional requirements
You can easily switch between different levels within the organisation and can explain complex matters clearly
